These knives date to circa 1975 This model is the senior twin blade knife The larger blade is 3.5" and is etched HANDMADE 572 PUMA-SENIOR NEW STAINLESS SUPER KEEN STEEL on the blade and PUMA GERMANY on the riccaso the other side is stamped STAINLESS as is the smaller blade The bolsters are nickel silver and the grips are hardwood with a trademark logo set in S/N737
