Scarce Kershaw 1009 Boot Knife S/n 03521

I've never seen one of these knives before, and I'm not sure when they were made
The knife has a 3.75" blade with a serrated spine, and stamped Kershaw on one side and KAI 1009 JAPAN on the other
It is 7.75" overall with a black rubber grip and comes with its original leather sheath, plus a Kydex spare S/n 03521
