Rare U.S. Vietnam Woodmans Pal Type 1V Ax/Knife S/n 03109

I've owned more WW11 Woodman's Pals than I have Vietnam versions, but they are almost identical
The blade is 10" with several cutting edges, and stamped FRANK & WARREN SURVIVAL AX TYPE 1V MIL-S-8642C
The knife is 15" overall with a D-guard and a stacked leather grip, and it has its original canvas sheath stamped U.S. and back, 66(1966?) S/n 03109
