Puli Hungarian Handmade Knife S/n 02695

I've never heard of or seen this maker before but they make a quality knife with this one having a 4.5" upswept blade etched puli ROSTFREI on the Ricasso
The knife is 9.25" overall with a stag horn grip riveted onto the full tang and it has its original leather sheath penned BUDAPEST 1990 AP on the back S/n 02695
