3rd Pattern Commando Knife with Japanese Slogan S/n 02656

I have never seen a 3rd pattern commando knife with a Japanese slogan on it before
The knife has a 7" double-edged blade with the slogan used by Takada Shigen Daimyo at the battle of Sekigahara Circa 1600 and says Swift as the wind Unshakeable as the mountain
The knife is 11.5" overall with a ringed grip and its original sheath s/n02656
