Special Order Middleton Bowie Knife S/n 02626

This is an early Middleton bowie that must have been a special order as I have only seen one other similar to this one
This knife has a 9.75" clipped blade with a filed spine and stamped J.E.MIDDLETON & SONS ROCKINGHAM ST.SHEFFIELD on one side and SHEFFIELD HAND FORGED on the other
The knife is 15.5" overall with a brass crossguard and pommel with the grip made up from red/black and brass washers with bone and hardwood in between (Outstanding) and it comes with a custom-made sheath S/n 02626
