UNUSUAL BOWIE KNIFE S/N 0830

I Have no idea about this knife or how old it is or who made it But it has a 5.5" clipped blade with a spine with a lot of file work which continues into the hilt and on the underside The ricasso is stamped TN? and the knife is 10.25" overall with a brass bolster and a hardwood grip (one chip) and there is a small fold out blade in the grip as well as a toothpick and tweezer's The knife has a brown leather fold over sheath S/N 0830
